Fall is an exciting time here at Next Level Ranch. I recorded a quick update up on the high property, with Spruce Knob, the highest point in West Virginia, in the background.
We just brought all the cows down off the high ground for the season. Today we’re taking beef cattle to the processor, and the pigs go in not long after that.
What that means for you: by Thanksgiving, we should be fully stocked with grass-fed beef and soy-free pork at the market. We’re also working to get our website store back up, with stock in it, around the same time.
A couple of other things are happening, too. Our email newsletter is going again, so if you’d like ranch news and first word on fresh stock, sign up on our site. And we’re working on a course for people who want to live the lifestyle we live: real food, daily movement, good sleep, and a sense of purpose. More on that soon.
